All products are made to order to ensure premium quality and finishing.

• Nationwide (Pakistan)
  • Made to Order: 25 Working Days
• International Orders
  • Made to Order: 25 Working Days + additional delivery time (depending on location)

Payment Policy

• 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm your order (applicable on all payment methods, including Cash on Delivery).
• The remaining 50% will be collected at the time of delivery.

Shipping Charges

• Within Pakistan: Free Delivery
• International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package size and destination.

Order Dispatch & Tracking

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not receive it in your inbox.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, the remaining payment will be collected by the courier at your shipping address.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside Pakistan may be subject to custom duties and taxes upon arrival.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to release the shipment.
